I was recently rear-ended while driving my Jetta, and they did a great job restoring the car to its previous glory! Stephen explained very clearly how the estimate process was going to work-- I got an estimate from State Farm and then had to wait for them to approve the full cost of the repairs once Baron Von Frier started taking the car apart and appraising the internal damage. I appreciated that he not only explained this to my husband but also called me and explained it to me, as well. He did a great job communicating with me throughout the process! They also made the rental car situation simpler-- they gave my husband a ride home after he dropped the car off, and then when I went to pick up my Jetta at the end, I was able to leave my rental there and drive away with my car! The lady who explained the completed repairs to me was also very nice. They had even cleaned the interior of my car! I'm so glad I picked BVF and I think you will be too.
