Last year, while listening to the radio Mr. Meyerowitz got my attention with this phrase, “I’m tired of the other guys ripping people off.” Therefore, Air and Heat Hospital is one of several companies that we contacted to replace one of our 19 years old units, all companies promoting best price and service. Air and Heat Hospital was one of three competitive companies. Then we tested the service by inundating them with multiple installation and repair questions. We chose Air and Heat Hospital because it was the only company to provide a response to all the questions.

Then came the day of reckoning, and to our surprise the installation crew was meticulous and had a flawless installation. One of our concerns was moving large section of the old and new system without damaging the rounded staircase, not even a little nick. I’m also a very inquisitive person; not only did they take the time to respond to all my questions, they ascertain that I understood the response.

In closing, I could continue praising this company; instead, I will just say they are the ones that will replace the two other systems.
