I contacted Air & Heat Hospital because my heat pump was freezing up. I have had numerous problems with it previously. This time it was low on freon, but the tech told me it would be expensive to repair. He recommended that I replace it, so they came out and installed a new heat pump. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and they did a good job. It has only been a week, but so far it is working fine.

Their customer service people were polite and courteous and they sent someone out when I needed them. I had purchased my last heat pump from them, and I hadn't had it very long, so they came down on the price.
I will continue to use them for my heating and cooling needs.
