Have used them for replacing both of my AC units when the old ones died. Recntly they came out on an emergency call to repair my lower unit when it stopped working.
Good service. Friendly, always responds. Used for replacing one unit, then the second unit when it dies. (House is 30 years old and the old AC units were builder provided).
