I took a chance on a second hand Furnace Controller Board that David guaranteed, but unfortunately didn't work. Michelle made the refund process painless. With the Brand New Board (I had to pay double for, from another Vendor) the Blower wouldn't turn off. Jessie took the time to explain what it could possibly be (yes, I had bumped the Fan switch to the constant on position). Problem solved. I found that all employees at this Company care more about solving Customer issues than making a buck. That attitude has made me a new customer for life! I HIGHLY recommend this firm! I will be calling on them in the Spring to have my Freon checked and/or whenever I have my next HVAC issue!!!
