I've used the services of Lewis Carpet Cleaners several times over the last two or three years. First of all, I like that they come on time. Their staff are really courteous. I also appreciated that they follow up with you. They are concerned about customer satisfaction. They will call to make sure everything is okay and we're happy, they'll send us Christmas cards. I feel like they value my business. The crew is always very pleasant, friendly and professional. I don't take it for granted. I do feel like they are pretty expensive. But their prices might be standard for what they do, I don't know about that. Overall, I'd say they're a good company with nice people who do good work and are honest.
