We've found Adam from Mastercraft Floors to be very personable, forthright, and upfront. He was very professional, and the work that he and his team of installers did seemed to be thorough.

Our process was lengthened, but it was not their doing. We ordered the flooring on December 12th, and it was supposed to be in before Christmas. It wasn't in until the second week of January, but again, that had nothing to do with Mastercraft Floors.
