Extremely satisfied with the pre-drywall inspection services provided by John and Robin (Starmark Home Inspections).
There were multiple re-schedules that I had to do, because of unprecedented delays (for house to be ready for inspection).
Robin and John were very accommodating and helped me in managing the schedule.
On the inspection part, John did the inspection and called me right after he was done (did not meet in person due to Covid restrictions). He explained everything in detail and by the evening provided me with a well detailed report(with tons of pictures and markings of what needs to be fixed...what is not really a big concern etc).
I am glad I chose to go with Starmark Inspections. Will be taking their services for Final home inspection too.
