Derek was recommended to us by our real estate agent and I am so happy he was able to perform our inspection. He was incredibly thorough, but what I was most impressed by was the way in which he explained everything to us over the phone afterwards. I asked a lot of questions and he did not seem to be in a hurry at all, he carefully explained everything to me and he was SO nice! Would definitely use again and recommend!
