I was having electrical issues with 3 different pieces of my home: the garage, kitchen, and upstairs bedroom. After calling another business whose number was out of service. Mike at Affordable Electric was the next electrician I called.

I told him my problem and he started asking questions to figure out what was going on. He asked all the right questions because by the time we were done he knew exactly what was going on. He had an idea that my problem was a builder issue, one he'd encountered before. He walked me through the procedure and the potential costs depending on the outcome. If the issue didn't turn out to be what he thought, he'd simply charge me for a service call.

When he came out and before he even looked at the 1st switch, he told me what everything would look like given the builder problem scenario he had in mind. He popped the first switch and it looked exactly like he said. At this point, I was on edge and I immediately felt like I was in good hands.

Mike told me how to take the pictures and document everything that was wrong so a company he works with could replace everything. When he gave me the company info, he told me who to talk to, and he also showed me the part info I needed to request. While getting everything settled with the company, everybody was pleasant and the delivery was quick.

He's coming out again in a couple weeks (due to my scheduling because I don't want take time off work) to re-do the whole house, it will be a 4 hour job.

My experience with Mike has been really good. My parents just had an electrical issue in their house and the electrical company they worked with wasn't helpful. I'm glad I had the pleasure of doing business with Mike, he's taken care of the process every step of the way.
