First and foremost, the initial window consultation was led by Matt M. He was incredibly knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my questions and taught me a great deal in the process. I had other consultations prior to Preferred Window and Door, and those sales people were clueless when it came to the details. Most importantly, the install was a complete success! The installation crew was wonderful, they were tidy, well mannered, and pleasant to talk to... even had a few good jokes :) I'm a very detail oriented person, so i scrutinize any job that i hire out, and far more often than not i find something that's not done to my standard of quality. Everything this crew did was absolutely perfect! Not one complaint here, keep up the awesome work Preferred Window and Door!
