I had no issues at all with the work done however I contacted the company in Oct needing a repair. They came out very quickly and gave me an estimate which I accepted. Mo this went by and I had to contact them again to find out what was going on. Was told they were a bit backed up but would be doing soon. Shortly after they dropped off the materials in my years and left without any communications. A couple more mi the went by with no communications. I reached out again and was told they were waiting for weather to improve. Ultimately it took over 4 months for the job to be completed. This seemed not in line with expectations. Would have been a little less perturbed had there been any type of communication attempts from the company vs only communication having to be initiated by me, the paying customer. Over all disappointing
