attention to detail and follow through were not pleasant.
We had some roof work done. They gave us an estimate and we about 4–5 calls that were not returned. They did not have the work order right, and my girlfriend had to tell them that and show what needed to be done. The work order was written down wrong. It was all around a bad experience.
