Sean and the other technician did an excellent job cleaning 3 bedroom carpets, and 8 dining room chairs that had many stains in a Belgium linen fabric. In addition to being impressed by the high quality of their work - the carpets and each chair look great - Sean spent time with me after to explain how to give the chairs a simple treatment with baking soda, carbonated water, and a white cloth, that takes bout 2 minutes for each chair, and do this every few months to keep them looking very good. He also explained what to do if there were any major stains on the fabric.
