Chem-Dry of Marin recently cleaned the carpets in our home for us. I would rate the total experience at Four and One Half Stars. The cleaning man was very cooperative, and he went back over a high-traffic area in our hallway when we asked him to. He had some difficulty in moving the heavier pieces of furniture, but overall, the job was very well done!
