Sean, from Chem-Dry of Marin, is very thorough and always on time. He often gives us an explanation of what he's doing and why. He teaches us how we can look after the carpets in between his visits. He's very polite and great to work with. We used to have another favorite guy but when he moved out of the area, Chem-Dry started sending us Sean, who was the guy he trained. Sean is fantastic.
