Chem Dry provided an accurate estimate over the phone and stayed true to the estimate upon arrival and observation. We chatted about whether to take the rug back to the shop for a more thorough cleaning or to leave it in the home for a basic and cheaper cleaning. I decided to go with the basic first and send it in if still needed but I was happy with the first cleaning. And he did a great job on the upholstery too! I will definitely call them again!
