We have turned to Peter and the Chem-Dry team for years because of their professionalism and exceptional quality of work, but I had my concerns about anyone’s ability to clean a spill of black substance from an elegant cream-colored carpet and restore it to like-new. But that’s exactly what they did; in fact, Sean made a follow-up visit two days following the cleaning, after the area had completely dried, to ensure there was no visible transition between the work area and the rest of the carpet. The carpet already looked great, but Sean’s final touch made it immaculate – no evidence whatsoever that there had been stain or a cleaning. Perfect!
