I use the products offered by Chem-Dry of Marin, and I think they're great. I don't use them to clean my carpet, as I do that on my own, but I use their cleaners to get the job done. I go and pick up what I need, and the staff I interact with show me nothing but friendliness and respect. I will continue to use their cleaning products to get my carpet cleaned.
