Chem-Dry of Marin is a great company to work with. This was not the first time that I used their services. I got a can of their Chem-Dry product several years ago for my carpeting and I love how easy it is to use and how well it works. Recently I ran out so I had to go purchase some more from their store. I did have a few problems with the can, the first went dry so I called them and their rep brought me another can to the house. That is why I say their service is so good. They are friendly and helpful both in the store and to bring the can here to my house made things very easy for me. The cap on the second can did not work so I went back to the store and exchanged it again but I have not yet used the third can. What I can say is that the first can I had before getting this replacement worked wonders for my carpeting and it was easy to use. I would absolutely recommend using Chem-Dry of Marin, their service is great and their products are amazing!
