I needed to get my tile flooring cleaned so I called Chem-Dry of Marin. The gentleman who came out was very nice, and I liked him. Very friendly and personable. He seemed to know what he was doing. The problem is, that I did not notice a whole lot of difference in the appearance of the tile after it was cleaned. It looked about the same as it did when he started. I thought there would have been a much more dramatic difference.
