Chem-Dry of Marin has always done a fantastic job for us! This was not our first time using them. I think we first started using them back in 1975! So we have been using them for 40+ years! Their customer service is excellent and their pricing is good. They show up on time and often times they will call and ask if they can come early! The technicians are very polite and courteous. They are respectful of me and of my home. They wear little booties to protect the carpeting. They put Scotchguard down after they clean to help protect the carpeting. They seem to be self-motivated. I give them a tour and show them which rooms they will be doing then they get right to work. They are fast, efficient and very thorough. Years ago Peter used to come out himself! I want people to know if you want your carpeting and flooring cleaned by people who are serious about their work, who are attentive to your needs then these are the people to do it!
