This was our first experience with Chem-Dry of Marin. We asked them to come out and clean our carpets for us. They showed up on time, and the gentleman was very friendly and polite. He did a great job on the carpets and they look really good. While he was here, he noticed a stain on one of the bench cushions. He offered to try to get the stain out for us, and he told us that if he was not successful, there would be no charge. I thought that was very nice of him, and I was very impressed!
