Any successful company needs frontline team members to represent the face of the culture of the business. This simple, important fact gets lost on more owners or General Managers than it should. Clearly this was not lost on you when you hired Sean. Sean was personable, informative, helpful and professional. You’ve got a great team member in Sean. He even let me use his cell phone when he noticed (by a lot of explatives from me) that I misplaced mine. I was on the fence about an area rug being cleaned by you guys (it’s a shag carpet that I really want to save but was weary of the cost). Sean explained the cleaning process you have at your facility. He made me feel confident that it was worth getting cleaned. So, he created business for your company. Hold on to Sean for as long as you can. If you have employees that need a crash course in how to engage with customers, send them to Sean. I will be a repeat costumer with you guys, not only because you do a great job, but because you’ve got good people working for you that really show they care about the job they do. That’s hard to find these days.

What’s even more is that I tried to give him a cash tip and he refused.
