I thought that the employees at Chem-Dry of Marin were nice, but they were not able to take the stains out of the carpet. Overall, I would say that I was pretty disappointed with the overall results of the work, and I'm not satisfied with how the carpet looks. I don't know whether or not they used the right products for this job, but I thought maybe they could have tried something else to yield better results. Although I had no issues with how friendly the people were, I was hoping the experience would have gone better for me.
