We were living in North Carolina and we came out to look at a house to buy. We did an offer on it and when we got back to North Carolina we found out we got it. We went to a few of the big chain stores to look at the stuff they had there, but weren't really seeing anything we loved. Our Realtor gave us Big Bob's Flooring Outlet information, and we started working with Ted Noble specifically.

We told them our situation, that we'd be moving in on Monday and needing the carpet installed on the following day. We worked through email, phones and on their website. We picked out 5-6 colors and styles we liked and told Ted about our family life and what our day-to-days were like. We gave Ted our choices and he said he'd get samples to us quickly. The samples came FedEx within a day or two, we were very impressed. There were a few choices we wanted to see, but weren't in stock so Ted picked out a few things based on our selections and sent those too, and let us know that he had taken some liberty with the choices.

We picked one and told him that's what we wanted. He let us know it was in stock and we paid him a deposit and worked the dates out. We moved in on Monday and he had the crew in to install on Tuesday. They were awesome and did a really great job. They were professional and worked quickly and got the job done by 2 that same day!

It was probably one of the more seamless things with this entire adventure. Their pricing was also the lowest, even compared to the larger brand name stores. Big Bob's is much cheaper and because of the personal experience of getting dealt with on a personal level with Ted accounts for so much in my opinion. I would highly, highly recommend them to anybody!
