Fell down on the customer service after the sale. Small hiccup in our job and it took them weeks to finish the job. Good news I didn't have to pay for it until it was completed but I kept having to check with my sales rep when it would be completed. I don't think I should have been having to do that since I was the customer.

Also when I asked the accounts payable about this she said they use a subcontractor for the gutters. I also use subs in my business but the buck always stops with me who is the customer contact.
