My experience with Don “Dutch” happened after I returned from a weekend away. I walked into my home and into a mess. It had rained hard during an early summer storm as is typical in Florida but I guess this was a bit harder than most. My kitchen ceiling had leaked leaving huge puddles of stinky water everywhere. I immediately went online, found Dutch instantly, and called even though it was after 5:00 p.m. I was instantly taken care of and reassured that Don and a coworker would be able to be at my place the very first thing in the morning. My shingle roof needed to be replaced. Don rearranged his own work schedule, Brandon did a great quick patch job and they both came back the next day and replaced the rotted wood and shingles, installed an all-weather super sealant, and even patched a few holes in the surrounding gutters for me. The price was great, the customer service incredible and even the small touches like a thank you card addressed to me personally after was a unique and thoughtful touch. Brandon even dropped by a few days later just to see if I was happy and to make sure the work was up to standard. Energy-wise, I can already feel the difference in the internal temperature and now I can relax as it rains. Thanks to everyone at Dutch’s Roofing. You guys ( and gals ) are top ten in my books.
