I went on Angie's list and read all the roofing companies they had suggested and based on the reviews I called Dutch's Roofing. ....
I called last week and explained I found some rotted wood in the front and the back of the house and I needed someone to come out to give me a estimate. Also our roof is 14 years old and I needed an expert opinion if we can get thru till after the rainy season. If I need a new roof I rather wait till Jan or Feb of 2022.....
I had a 9:30 AM appointment scheduled for the following week as I work...... 9:50 AM and no call no show. I called the woman in the office and she said she gave him the wrong address....he went to the wrong house...(never even said the word SORRY) Plus I didn't need to be home. I said yes I need to be home as my gates are locked and I need to show him where in the front and back the wood is rotted that's why I made an appointment......OK mistakes can happen. Based on all the good reviews I figured they would make it right. So I set another appointment as I had to get to work. Next scheduled appointment was for 4:00 PM later that same day. So I left work early and arrived home a 3:45 PM just in case he was early....4:30 PM no call no show. So I called again spoke with the same woman in the office and said she would check to see where Brandon was and call me back....I never got a call back. I waited till 4:50 PM and called again. Now no answer it went straight to voice mail. I left a message and still never heard back. It is now after 11:30 AM the next morning and still nothing. The owner of this company needs to see this review. When I spoke with her last week she told me Don the owner would be out on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM and later I found out it was to be Brandon. Neither showed 1st or 2nd appointment. So my husband said to let the owner know this is how your office is being run and find someone else which I did.
