I was in need of an urgent roof related repair. Donald Duchess responded the same day, evaluated the problem, and provided an estimate with an understanding that there could be additional expenses once the exploratory work began. The work was started in a few days and completed within a week, even while coordinating with the June rain! And no additional expenses were charged. Pictures were provided to show the damage and explain the repairs. Donald and his staff were professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to ensure the work was completed correctly. They even did some additional repair/replacements without any additional charges. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them for my roof replacement in about 3 or 4 years!
