Their whole process was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly when we called and they were able to schedule an appointment for us quickly. The technician arrived on time and went to work quickly. He installed a new furnace for us and it is working great. He was polite and professional and knowledgeable. He explained some features of the unit and took the time to answer any questions we had. Their pricing was fair and they were respectful of our home.
