Wojo's Heating & Air Conditioning is very highly recommended in this area so when I needed a pump repair I called them. I explained the problem over the phone. My yard pump needed a new float. But when they arrived, they said they couldn't fix it. The guy was nice and said he'd try to find the right part and charged me ninety some dollars, which I paid. Ultimately, they didn't know where to get the right float for my pump and never came back. I found the part myself online, ordered it and installed it myself. When I had another plumbing problem, I decided to give Wojo's Heating & Air Conditioning another chance. I had an online chat with them explaining what was needed. This time it was for a more straightforward plumbing problem, and the chatter said someone would call me. But no one ever called. Wojo's has a good reputation but they weren't able to help me with either one of my plumbing problems.
