Poor communication.

Only reason I gave a 2 star for Service is because they came out on Christmas. Everything else was horrible. Will not recommend.

We provided service on Christmas and restored heat to the home. We attempted to satisfy this customer, including offering a refund. Customer could not be satisfied.
