Owens Electric & Solar installed a solar system on our house ten years ago. Jeff and his crew were totally professional. About eight years after that, an inverter in the system went bad. Jeff came out personally within a day to replace it. It was under warranty, so the replacement was free of charge. We've also had a few bad solar panels, and Jeff recently informed us that the solar panel provider has had a class action law suit filed against them, meaning we can replace all of the panels free of charge. In addition, we can be reimbursed for having him come out to look at the problem.
