WOW! Jeff was timely, efficient , reliable , knowledgable, polite and used up almost the entire two hour minimum. He even went to Home Depot to buy the part I needed! It wasn't an emergency and the part could have been purchased later. I really felt taken care of! He even checked a light that I had mentioned I had an issue with but was not the problem I was calling about. I was afraid to leave my home with my pets in it while we went to dinner thus Christmas Eve. Thank you Jeff!!!! Now I can enjoy my holiday without worry.
