Ron came to evaluate some plumbing concerns and went above and beyond any expectations. His first visit was no charge though he tweaked a couple things, made a couple of recommendations - even some not plumbing related.

Of course when the need for a plumber arose again, Ron's the one I called. He was efficient and once again, asked if there were any other concerns and offered unrelated suggestions.

I highly recommend Ron for any plumbing concerns. I am impressed with his attention to detail, kindness and consideration.
