Overall, I love my bathroom and everyone who has seen it has loved it as well. I have no issues with them. I noticed a few things with the project and they came out and fixed them quickly when I brought it to their attention. In the beginning, we were waiting on the permits for the project which ended up pushing the schedule back. The only thing that could have been better would have been to get updates about the permit process and the delay in the scheduled installation. Other than that, I have no issues.
