From the beginning, customer service was excellent.
Keith was a very professional and personable sales person. He took the time to explain the options and even provided loaner samples so I could match paint.
Eric called and worked with me to schedule the installation.
Then came installation day. Mel and Justin were on time and we discussed the project. They got to work immediately and had the demo done the first day. I thought that hard working artisans were a thing of the past. But, Mel was precise and meticulous. I don't think he wasted a minute. And, he made sure the job was done right. Justin worked well beside Mel and as a team, they installed the bathroom, working with me the whole way.
Just waiting for the glass to be installed so that we can start using the shower.
The only glitch was that the wrong diverter knob was included with the package and makes it difficult to use the control levers. Hopefully that will be corrected soon so that our bathroom project will be completed.
It seems that Re-Bath has found the perfect combination of personnel. And, if I ever need to get another bathroom remodeled, I will definitely call Re-Bath.
