Workmanship is very nice, poor communication and no. effort to correct issues.
I would rate their service a 3. I would make sure that the right questions were asked. I spoke with the office about the shower rod. We were told that we could use our only shower rod. The installer installed it without talking to us and not only is it permanent, but it is installed in the wrong place. They did not offer to do anything.
