My first time using them. The experience was good and the salesman was excellent. His timing was incorrect on how long it would take for the job to be completed. I had to do a lot of clean up which included the grout stains, and caulking. It looks great. The issue is with the shower head, the water flow is very week. I had replaced the shower head with another one from another bathroom to see how it worked and the water flow was what it should be. I have made two appointments with both being no shows and no calls to say that they were not coming. I received and email that someone would be here today and I hope it will be successful. The shower head did provide water it was just very weak it almost like a light drizzle. If the shower head is supposed to be a light drizzle and their is no other option then I guess we will have to buy our own,
