I could not have been more pleased with a company than I was with Re-Bath of Mid Florida. They did a bathtub to shower conversion for me. I had been hearing their commercials and promos on the radio and at first I just figured that people were being paid to say those nice things about them. But when I heard three people on one show talk about what an excellent job Re-Bath of Mid Florida had done for them, and the conversation went on far longer than any paid commercial, I came to believe that the recommendations were genuine. One of the people on the show had multiple bathrooms redone by them. Then, my sister used them too and they did a great job for her! So I called them out and I got to see for myself the quality of the work. Talking to their salesman was like talking to an old family member. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or anything like that. The salesman knew his stuff too. He knocked on the shower wall and he told me that there was nothing behind my shower. I did not fully believe him, but when the installation man came out and he removed the old shower, there was nothing but cinder blocks there - no drywall or moisture barrier or anything. They took it back to the studs and built the wall back out correctly and then they did the installation. Their installation man was great! He was friendly, clean, and professional. No matter what he encountered, he kept his cool. He was also training up another young man so it was good to see how well they worked together. I was very happy with the finished product and I have already been recommending Re-Bath of Mid Florida to my friends. Now after the work was done, I went on a short beach vacation and while I was gone, I had a relative house sit for me. She told me that Re-Bath of Mid Florida sent me a package, and when I got home I opened it up. It was a very high-quality, super-plush monogrammed towel. That was so nice of them, and so unexpected. I have to say that everyone I dealt with at the company, down to the company accountant, was so nice and so customer-oriented. It is so good to see such wonderful customer service nowadays, when it is so rare. I would highly recommend Re-Bath of Mid Florida to everyone! They are an outstanding company!
