I will be short. Home Depot recommended this company and I contracted for a tub to shower conversion. I made a deposit and for personal reason cancelled. It was after the 3 day cancellation but I had no choice. They were going to keep my full deposit of $3,600.00 but I contacted Home Depot and they were able to get me some money. However, Re-Bath did keep over half the deposit. I have been unsuccessful in getting any further money so because they claimed they already started material cutting I requested the material that they said they had already be sent to me since I paid for it (according to Re-Bath). I have yet to receive an answer. I contracted in June 2019. I understand I cancelled after the 3 days and had it not been for Home Depot I would not have received any money. Be careful with this company. Very bad unsympathetic customer service.
