I called Doug up, from Doug's Might Clean, and asked about their carpet cleaning services. I had never met the guy before, but he was excited about getting someone to work on my carpets because I had had a bad experience with another cleaning company.

They came over that same day and did an immaculate job. Though it was my only time using them, they did a real good job so I have recommended some other people to give them a call too. I will use them again if I need to.

The guy who looked at my carpet seemed to be really knowledgeable about what it would take to get my carpet back to what it should be. He did a good job. I can't say anything bad about them at all; I was really pleased with them.
