I have been using Bugs or Us for about 4 or 5 years now because I trust them and am comfortable having them in my house. I will often leave the gates and house open for them and they do exactly what needs to be done.

I usually call them in the summertime every year, because that is when we tend to have the most issues with bugs in the house. They take care of everything, including things that they find that we did not notice.

Steve, who owns the company, is great and very easy to deal with.
We continue to use them because their price is reasonable and the service is great.
