Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with an auto body shop. I could write a really long drawn out review like a few of other people but ill keep it short. Basically I was told my car would take 3 days to repair, I had been in an accident and was using the other persons insurance company. The insurance company could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process and was left exhausted and frustrated with the auto body shop as much as i was. The auto body ended up finding more damage on the car then the initial estimate and needed to request more money from the insurance company and that's when things went terribly wrong. No one in the office seems to be able to use a computer, send an email, or respond to several phone calls in a timely manner. They took 10 days to provide the insurance company with the correct supplement and paperwork so they could pay them direct. They ended up having my car for 3 weeks! when they only needed to replace a bumper and headlight. The owner Howard could not be more unprofessional, rude, incompetent and downright unwilling to provide any sort of customer service. Not only did they not submit the paperwork on time, they held my car for 3 xtra days until the check arrived, even after the insurance company pleaded to release the car and show proof of payment. I am also stuck with a 260 dollar rental car bill because they took longer than the insurance companies policy on how many days i could have a rental car...PLEASE PLEASE to not give your business to C & D auto.
