When we were looking for a new home, we drove through multiple neighborhoods and modular home parks. Boulder Ridge was the one and only park I'd ever seen that I felt I could live in...thanks to the way the property looked driving in, and to the well kept up yards and homes. No piles of trash anywhere, no broken down vehicles or leaning sheds. Everything looks sharp, clean, peaceful, safe, and welcoming. You can tell people are proud of their houses, yards, and garden plants. The eye appeal gets five stars!
