I’m grateful for a safe Community that we can take Pride in. Not sure if I’m willing to recommend to others as I’m learning that rent hikes are a norm and some neighbors tend to be bubbling with toxic negativity.

Overall, I’m grateful for my space and my surrounding neighbors. Thank you Boulder Rudge.
