If I knew now…

It’s quiet for the most part, I guess that’s the plus. Downside: rent goes up every year, there’s not adequate parking for size of home (4 bedroom home should have more than 2 parking spots), managers have turned over a few times since living here, at my particular home there’s nowhere to shovel snow since they put my driveway right next to another.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that Michigan winters can be challenging, and sometimes finding a place for snow to go can be difficult, especially when driveways are close together. We appreciate your understanding as our team works through these winter conditions.

Regarding parking, we understand that larger households may need additional spaces. While residents are welcome to use available parking, adding additional parking spaces to the property is a significant expense and requires careful consideration. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, as resident feedback helps us continue looking for ways to improve Boulder Ridge.

Thank you again for making Boulder Ridge your home!
