I ordered my carpet a year ago in October in the middle of a remodel that got delayed for months. So I talked to them once a month and they actually held my carpet in their warehouse for almost a year with no problem. David, the person who sold me the carpet who is now retired, was wonderful. The installer, Rafael, and his group--I can't say enough good things about them. I had a wonderful experience and would buy from them again. I would and have recommended them to others, including, my neighbors.
