The people at Salem Autobody & Paintworks Inc were okay. We had been in a car accident and needed some repair work done. At first I guess they sort of forgot about us. We thought since the guy left, that everything was scheduled. But apparently it was not. They needed to replace some parts and then repaint the car. They did an okay job, it just ended up taking longer than we expected. They just had a bad employee that's all. The guy that did end up doing the work was terrific. He was very professional and went above and beyond to try and make up for the other guy. They definitely need more people like him.
